How can I make a 23.976 fps DVD?

I can't find any sort of software that can make a 24p DVD. Could someone tell me how I can do it? Thanks.

Is your source 24fps?

Yeah, it's 24 frames. Every time I put it on dvd it comes out choppy looking at 29.97.

What are you using right now to burn it? Tried Toast?

Is the destination TV capable of displaying 24fps natively (only relatively expensive HDTVs can do this currently)? If not, probably the best approach would be to telecine the file so it will play smoothly at 30fps. The ideal tool is probably the telecine app that comes with Final Cut Studio. As an alternative, you could experiment with Handbrake and export the file at 30fps to see what happens.
