How can I make a folder into an iso quickly?

I would love to be able to right click on a folder in finder, and choose an option to make it into a .ISO image file. Or even a .IMG file if I must, but .ISO would be great.

Are there any applications out there that would enable me to do this?

I'm sure there are programs for this, but what you want is just a terminal command away:

dd if=/path/to/folder/ of=filename.iso bs=2048
