Hi guys,

I had purchased my first Apple laptop (13" Macbook Pro ntb) less than 2 years ago, and it has nothing but problems. I was putting up with them, but I can't anymore. I would like to make an appointment with the Genius Bar people to fix my:

1) Stuck Keyboard
2) Popping LCD screen
3) Burnt USB-C port

But when I had tried to make the appointment online, the webpage would only let me select one of these issues. How do I select multiple hardware issues that I'll be taking my Macbook Pro in for? And if I can't, will the Genius Bar only address the one issue that the site lets me choose, and I have to make 3 separate appointments? Lol. Thx.

I don't think it matters -- just choose an issue to get an appointment. When you take it in you can "update" the concierge and the tech. I've done this several times.

Talk about the keyboard first.... The keyboard is under a free replacement which MAY fix the usb C since its connected. They may also fix the hinge to get to it.

Just ask when you're there - I had an appointment for my keyboard, but also mentioned a blue spot on my screen and they just added a screen replacement to the list. You don't need to be super specific when booking the appointment, it's just to give them a rough idea.
