How can I make OS X look like this?

I want to change my OSX to look like this

This link is to a program Pixelmator which is an unreleaed image program, however I like the interface it uses. The sleek translucent black. Its hot and I want my OSX to look like this. Can I do this with such programs as shapeshifter and stuff? Or is what I am asking impossible for me to do.

A program called Shapeshifter can use themes like the ones at interfacelift.

This one looks pretty similar.

Also for the op, another one I'd suggest is photopro because it allows to to make the menu bar transparent in the theme. It does take some work but it looks really cool. Here is the link.
