How can I print international envelope sizes?

Hi there,
Hope, I am in the right forum. How can I use international envelope sizes (e.g. ISO C5 or B6) in the OS X print dialogue of applications other than adding them by hand? In the address app of OS X I can choose these, but not in the normal print dialog of all other programs.
