How can I put my mail addresses in contacts to export?

Hi,

I know the title sounds confusing, but this is what it is:

I have an Ibook with OSX 10.3.9. In the mail program, when I start typing an e-mail, it auto-completes the email, so it's in a database somewhere.

Now I want to export my contacts to Gmail, but the list is of only 3 emails... I did not manually put my contacts on mail, that is why I don't have a contact list.

What I want to do is put all my contacts, which I got by sending and receiving emails to and from into my contacts list so I can export them.

Any help with this? Is this doable?
