How can i recorde sound from websites/movies extra

If i go to a site or am watching a dvd/movie clip and i want to recorde about 4-6 secs of the sound how can i do that? I have a mobile phone that plays most sounds files and i can put them as a ring tone so what i want to do it have a ring tone of lets say some part of a movie how can i do that?
