I used a Windows partition for months and decided to switch back to Mac.
I backed up most of my files and then deleted the partition with the Mac Boot Camp Assistant. Then resized it back to 500gb.

I soon realized that there are some very important files which I forgot to backup off the windows partition.

I downloaded a program called iSkySoft Data Recovery and did an Advanced Search of my partition drives. Luckily I found my windows partition, and deep scanned it and found most of my files.

I tried multiple other programs like DiskDrill, TestDisk, EaseUS, and I was unable to find this partition

The problem is that to buy it for the mac is $110 CAD, so I want to know if there is any method of recovering a folder of files for free.

Any ideas?

Removing/resizing the partition in all likelihood destroyed any chances of retrieving your data :(
