Adapter might be able to help, or MPEG Streamclip via its Batch List (CMD+B), though MPEG Streamclip is not drag and drop, you have to actually set some things.
Seeing as we suggested applications to compress it further, what codec and resolutions do the .mov files use and have? You can check via opening one .mov file in QT Player and pressing CMD+I and telling use what it says behind FORMAT.
I just ask, because 50 MB for a video file is quite small, unless it is already compressed and no further compression might actually help, or it is very, very short and small in resolution, or it is an old video.
