How can I remove the second Gmail folder in Mail?

I have somehow ended up with two Gmail inbox lists after setting my Gmail account up in Mail. Hopefully the picture below can help, but I would like to know how to remove this second folder in the sidebar, just to make a bit of room and clean things up. Thanks.
