How can I remove video from my iPhone 4

Anybody know how to remove video/movies from my iPhone 4. I have tried to uncheck the video in iTunes however it will not allow me to do that
it's taking up space on the phone.

If you can not remove video from phone then connect your phone with pc and then choose delete option for it it will remove your video sure.

I hope that you didn't go to all the trouble to register, just to post that little gem of wisdom.

I started to, but thought better of it.
I started to click the report button, but didn't do that either.
