How can I replace a Dock Connector to USB (USB Cable) online with Apple?

Hi,

I just tried to replace my damaged iPhone USB Cable (Dock Connector to USB, 70x70mm) through https://selfsolve.apple.com/TroubleShoot.do but can't find it in the drop-down menu? I've already done it before. Is it me or did Apple remove it online for replacement?

if you dont want to purchase a new apple branded cable, just get one of the $1 pieces from ebay.

Well, of course I could get a new one But accessories are covered by the Apple warranty and I'd like to use that. I just want to know if anyone's occurring the same issue?
