how can I reset my location services?

without doing a restore on the iPhone how can I reset the location services settings because evertime I load up maps or tom tom 1.8 it crashes upon start up?

I doubt that a location services issue.
You can go to settings/location services and turn them on or off.
If it still does it you might need to restore.
