How can I share files on volumes other than start up.

I have created some partitions on my PB. One for system and app, other for Photoshop scratch disk and the rest of space for my documents. My question is, how do I share a files from volumes other than start up one.
I am looking for free way to do it (I know about DAVE and some other apps)
Is there any free/shareware apps that can do it or any tricks in Terminals that will do it? Thank you for any response.
