How can I stop iTunes asking to "SYNC" podcasts

For some reason with the latest iTunes it keeps asking me if I want to sync my podcasts from different accounts. Whatever I choose it seems to have no effect. It wastes a whole lot of time and does nothing that I can see. Is there any way to not have it try to sync? Either that or how can I have it only look at one specific iTunes account? I have 2 or 3 iTunes accounts for myself and my kids.

VERY FRUSTRATED!! What can I do??

Yes that did it. I signed out with the kids account and then signed back in with mine. The problem has gone away.
