How can I stop this weirdness on my 2nd User Account (Administrator)??

Every time I log in to my 2nd User Account (which is set up as an administrator), get a dialog box saying that the applications I launch on login (Clip Menu, Cinch, among others) were downloaded on (date), and being launched for the 1st time (even though this is not the case). This does not occur on my primary account, and happens each time.

Any ideas on how to stop this? Thanks.

I am on 10.6.4.
