I have all my work file in sync via iCloud and other cloud software Box, Drive, etc.
The only thing I'm missing is Mail offline folders
Since I need to free up space on my IMAP email account I archive my old email in Mail offline folders on my Mac mini
Any way to have them in sync via iCloud?

Some ideas:
1) Move your offline folders into another IMAP mail provider with sufficient quota. Unless your mail is partially large, free gmail or outlook should be fine. This seems an easy solution.
2) Archive your mail outside Apple Mail with a product like Eagle Filer and synchronise that. More complex.

Do you own your own Domain?

I don't use Mail (used to be Postbox, but now TB), and my primary storage is on the (remote) server.

Yes I own my domain but keep a lot of email and attachment on a remote server I think is not a really good idea

Via iCloud Mail (IMAP), yes.

Everything else (other than keeping them on an external server through IMAP/Exchange) is impossible and/or not a good idea - especially if you want to have them show up in the Mail application.

Otherwise, if you just need an archive without regularly accessing the mail, a „cold storage“, you may export as individual mails/mbox files to a regulator folder (think: files in a Finder folder, not Apple Mail mailbox) and sync using a file sync application.

If I export the archive to a folder inside my Document folder it will be in sync via iCloud

Not sure if is possible to Automate this action with tasks for Mac

Most probably with AppleScript, not sure about Shortcuts.
Otherwise, apps like Mail Archiver X, Mailsteward seem to exist for this purpose (no experience with either).

Maybe also EagleFiler (whose developer has been around for a long time), though not sure about its ability to schedule and/or automate.

The best solution may be influenced by the reason you are of this opinion.
Have a huge amount of data on IMAP server slow down mail sync, and it will be come bigger and bigger over time and will also cost a lot. Also if I will need to change hosting it can become an issue.
