How can I sync itunes beetween 2 computers?

Hello,

I have 2 windows xp computers, a laptop and a desktop. I want to be able to sync the itunes together so if I load a cd of music on the desktop for example, it will appear on the laptop. Same with podcasts, if I subscribe on one computer I want it to do the same on the other. How do I do that, are there any free programs that would help?
