How can I sync TWO imac ical calendars to ONE iphone?

You have several options. First, you can sync the calendars on the two Macs, then sync the iPhone to one of them. Second, you can publish the calendars via MobileMe or another service which supports CalDAV (like Gmail), then sync those over-the-air to the iPhone.
