How can I synch MBP to network drive

Hello:

I have a pc workstation at work where I do a lot of Pro/Engineer work. We also have a network drive available (no idea what type, operating system, etc). I use microsoft synch toy to synch the pc to the network drive.

I am new to macs, had it about 6 months now.

Is there an easy way to synchronize my MBP to the network drive that does the same thing as synch toy?

I would love to have a easy/convenient way to have the same work files on both computers.
