I know this question has probably been asked and answered before but my search did not find anything so I'll ask it again. I deleted rock from cydia applications but I hear all this talk about how it remains on your phone until restore... How can I tell if I still have ROCK remains on my IP4, thanks in advance good people. ;)

Restore your phone, set it up as new instead of from backup, and do not install Rock.
Well I would like to avoid that if possible... Is there another way that I can see if maybe its alread off of my phone so I am not restoring for no reason

You see anything thru your cydia/manage/packages list?
Also you might be able to SSH and remove any files/folders/extentions installed by rock thru SSH but that could be a pain also finding out where and what to remove.

I don't see anything that has the word rock in it under packages.... I was jus curious because today my phone randomly went into safe mode... I havent installed any new programs, It happened as soon as I ended a phone call.

Usually, from my experience, my
iPhone only goes into safe mode
seconds after I install an app from
one of the repo sites (via Cydia) that
are not compatible with iOS4.

All I do is once in safe mode go
and uninstall that program and
the phone is good to go again.

Previously, thats how it always happened for me too but today it randomly went into safemode for some reason... came right now, but still concerned me.

I have no idea if I got everything, but here's what I did.

First, uninstall RockApp via Cydia. Then in WinSCP I went to Files -> Custom Commands -> Find and did two different searches for the following:

*RYP*
*Rock*

Then I deleted anything that looked like it was tied to RockApp in any way.
