MP 1,1-5,1 how can i test if my GT120 working ?

Hello i have a Mac Pro 4,1 with a GT120 video card installed, but i m getting black screen after chime sound. i wonder if i take the GT120 and install on a windows PC, will i get a display ? i m trying to find out if my video card r burned out
