Back after installing iPhoto '08, I noticed that the iPhoto '08 scroll bars were a bit funky. At the tops and bottoms of the scroll bars, there was a "piece" missing.

[see marked-up screenshot here]

At the time I figured, meh, and just lived with it.

But now I've just picked up iLife '09 and was thinking that surely the upgrade would get rid of this graphic hiccup. But yet the messed up scroll bars remain.

My thinking is that what I really need to do is uninstall ALL of iPhoto's various files
(since in all of my apps, iPhoto is the only app with this problem)
and then reinstall iPhoto '09.

My thinking is that this would force the iPhoto '09 installer to install new versions of whatever corrupted iPhoto helper file is causing the anomaly.

Any idea how to go about completely uninstalling iPhoto '09?

I thought that the iLife installer would have an "uninstall" option in the "customize" part, but I didn't see any.

Appcleaner or similar program should do the trick.
