How can I transfer photos and videos from mac to iphone

hey guys, i'm just wondering if there is an easy way to transfer all of my photos and videos on my mac to my iphone at one time? i just don't know how to use photos app on mac. fyi i have multiple folders consisted of photos and vids so it would be nice to transfer all the media from mac to iphone at once. thank you.

First, you should add everything to your photos library. Go into the preferences and look for something like "keep photos organized." This will add everything to your library and keep everything organized.

Then once the content is in photos, use iTunes to choose which photos and videos to sync
