How can I update my ATV 4 firmware without loosing anything?

Hi Guys,

I've downloaded the ATV 4 tvOS 9.2 beta 2 and I want to try it out.

Is there a way of installing it without loosing everything that's currently installed on it?

Yes. You can download and install the configuration file (using the Apple Configurator 2 app) and then you can update OTA.

If you're installing the beta Restore Image, don't forget to register your UDID -- seems some users neglected to do this and have experienced issues. Installing the certificate and applying the OTA update seems to be fine-for-all though.
