How can I upload a vid to YouTube that is not in camera roll

I want to upload a vid that's on my ipod app vid section

I tried putting the vid in camera roll with ifile but it doesn't show up

I want to do this from my phone

I don't think you can. Try pasting it into an email to yourself to get it back into Camera Roll?
