I'm wondering how can I use my Apple LED Cinema Display with my PC laptop.

The laptop has VGA and DVI inputs but not the small Apple thingy.

You will have to purchase a DVI to minidisplayport adapter

Heed AppleCode's advice. The devices at the Apple store that do Mini Displayport to x are for going from Mini displayport out to DVI or VGA out. You need to go the other way around. This requires an active adapter like the one posted above, that actually has the electronics needed to convert the signal, though you can get them cheaper from Amazon, or perhaps used.
