How can I use my photos on Facebook?

When I want to use some photos on my phone on Facebook it says I must link my phone to FB, which then says it will add all my FB friends to my address book - which I don't want to do.

So how can I use my pics on FB without linking contacts?

Hit ok, then go to settings, privacy, contacts, and turn off Facebook.
