pals,

i have a folder in my windows shared with my iBook,
and next, i tried to access my printer which is connected to my windows
as well but failed to do so.

I tried to add the printer via the printer setup utility,
however, when i get to the Windows Printing session,
i can see 2 workgroups:
1 is the name i used in the windows before,
the other one is the name i changed yesterday.

I clicked into the new workgroup,
but nothing's there.
It happened when I tried to access the shared folder in pc
through the Machintosh HD/Network.
I can only access the folder through "Connect to Server".

I've already share my printer in pc,
but why can't i do so???

please help.
thx

Kind of confusing what you're asking, but I take it you are asking why you can't print to your shared printer that is on your Windows PC? Have you tried to install Bonjour and print via bonjour? Or what are you asking, kind of confusing with all the , sentences and that. Sorry, may just be me tonight.

yes, it's the printer problem ......

thanks,

i'll try using the Bonjour then,
see what's going to happen.
cheers,
