How can i use proxy in the recovery mode?

Hi everyone, I'm using MacBook air and i love it. But I found the software NTFS for Mac can't use unless enable system extensions. I entered the recovery mode and try to enable the system extensions but i found it alert to me that some stranger issues. i googled it and found the reason is unstable network. So i want to use proxy to enable this function but i found there's NO method to use proxy in recovery mode!

I found a method by using "networksetup" command but it's useful in Lion and not work at now. So can somebody tell me how to use proxy in macOS recovery mode?
