How can or can i capture a still image in i movie??

Select the section of video footage you want to make a still frame with.

Right click on it.

Select "Add Still Frame to Project"


As far as exporting it - I've never done that. Don't know if it is possible.

since the resolution would only be 75 dpi, I actually use 'grab' to take a snapshot of the screen, then save that file.

grab should be in your applications or utilities folder. easy to use. works like a charm.
