Universal How can the top paid app in App Store be a badly rated old app that isn’t supported past 10.2?

Just went into App Store (Portuguese) and the no one paid app is something called redial which is years old and says it’s not supported on any device past 10.2.


How would apples algorithm put this at the top of their charts ?
