iOS how can we create Animation using photos

Hi,

I want to create animation like ...

1 first user can select photos and then select the portion to modify this portion by other funny image.....

Its starting process and then Animation should be start ..

User can set text for and aty that some relax music should be play and selected portion of photo should be replaced by funny image and that time music should be changed to some scream music and that funny portion should be zoom and other background portion should be gray and transparent ...

and then again it should be normal music and and then normal photos....

And this animation should be converted in viedo format and we have to play in player......

So anyone can help me to what to do for that.........
