How can you put different sounds to different mail accounts?

I have more than one mail account configured, and I need to put different notification sounds for each account when a mail arrives. I cannot figure out how to do it in settings, is there a way to do it without jailbreaking?

You can without having to jailbreak. At least I am able to on my iPhone 6 (shouldn't be any different on an iPad)

*note I am also on iOS 9 Public Beta 3 so I'm unsure if it's a new iOS 9 feature, since I've never checked on iOS 8*

- Go to Settings > Notifications > Mail
- You'll see your accounts individually (see first image)
- Go into each one and set their sounds. (See second and third image have different sounds set for my own email and iCloud email)
