How can you seed from Azureus from a External harddrive

Yo!
Once I've downloaded my file from Azureus is there a way i can throw the files and torrent file onto my harddrive and seed from there? This will help with 40gig+ files. Some help would be appreciated.

Oh and of coarse I have the actual Dvd's and Cds, they are just back up. Also of coarse I delete the files after 24 hours.

if you have the .torrent file im sure you could just reload it and point it to the new directory, i dont use azureus but for uTorrent on xp, thats what i do
