How cna I unlock Iphone 4 currently with IOS5 but preserved Baseband

Hey guys
I have an Iphone 4 that was on 4.0, I used Sn0wbreeze 2.8b8 to update to IOS 5 while preserving baseband 1.59.00.
How can I currently jailbreak and unlock this I4 while keeping the 1.59.00 baseband? After using Snowbreeze the phone was not jailbroken so there's no Cydia and hence cannot run Ultrasn0w.
