How come almost no stock in U.K.?

i don't get it. How come there is almost zero stock of series 2 sport models in U.K. Apple stores?

Sales are way down and Apple want me to wait 4 weeks for delivery??

What's the deal here?

Been looking myself and there's nothing around. Lots of Nike+ models around today though and they're essentially the same thing. I went for one of these instead.

Where did you find stock of Nike+? My usual haunts of the Apple Store or John Lewis don't have them.

The four around me had stock yesterday but I note that today they're all showing 29 November.
