How come I can't track my order on "My o2" page?

if you read the info, it said "select standard delivery for next day delivery, with iphones shipping on thursday 10th" or similar
also, there may not be stock for your order, i called o2 and they said the 8gb was out of stock when i ordered mine - after 16gb was out but before they shut the store.

i cant log in at all!!
it ask for user name and password, so i try my name and the password i chose when i ordered but it says they are not recognized!?!? and when you click on the link saying you forgot your name and password it ask for you mobile phone number- which i don't have.

I rang this morning and a lady confirmed that I will be getting my iphone on the 11th between 8AM-9PM.
