How come my internet connection is lost after screen sharing??

I have enabled screen share and file share on my Macs so I can access my imac thru my mac book pro.

After I am done with the screen sharing I click on the screen share icon and hit disconnect thru the screen share in my macbook pro. After that the wifi is connected but there isn't an Internet connection.

Has anyone ever had this problem? If so how did you fix it? Google doesn't have anything, I checked.
