No, you see it on your personal profile page
It says "Cryptic Creations" as I recall
It won't show up in your posts... that's an Avatar, and it takes 500 posts to be eligible for that

I think you're getting confused between what Profile Pictures and Avatars are, and where they appear.
A Profile Picture is just that; a picture that is in your profile. This is viewable when someone clicks on your name to view your profile.
An Avatar is the small image that displays beneath a members name every time they post. Before you can set your own avatar you need to have a minimum of 500 posts.
