I dont think you do unless they changed it recently. But that would be a neat idea to have that functionality.

No, what would really be cool is if iTunes automatically downloaded lyrics and provided a TuneWiki-like interface for synchronization. I've seen TuneWiki in person, and it is really cool... iTunes already automatically downloads album artwork.
