How create pages at the bottom of the blog

i;m using iweb blog template, and I just added a lot of stuff and the screen only displays like 3 or 4 blogs, the rest go into archive.
How do I create different pages at the bottom of the blog?

But is it possible to make posts bigger, coz only 5 posts can be shown,the rest go into archive. But I need more posts per page is that possible?

According to this page, you can show up to 50.

You can change the number of excerpts that appear on your blog (up to 50), and you can change the length of the excerpts.

I don't use iWeb as I hate it so not sure where the option for it is, but it might be in the Inspector somewhere.
