how did i copy the top part of contact list?

While trying to fix my phone (white screen) i kept pressing buttons and somehow I managed to either copy or take a photo of the top part of my contact list. Can anyone tell me how that was done?
It was in my library, I deleted it after I seen it.

There is a new feature (which wasn't really advertised/published very much) that you can take iPhone screenshots.

You just push the "home" button (the only button on the front) and then quickly push the "power" button on the top.

The screen will flash and then there will be a screenshot in your camera gallery

Oh ok thank you. I didn't know that. Which enables you to send it to others. Very interesting.
Oh I see, that is probably what caused my white screen. Because I did do that by mistake before it went white.
