Have any of you pre-ordered an Apple product from Amazon? If so, how does the time in which the orders are fulfilled compare with ordering the same item from Apple? I've pre-ordered a Thunderbolt display from Amazon to save money on sales tax, but there's no indication of a ship date on Amazon's site. Should I expect it to be shipped in 2-3 weeks since that's what Apple is estimating from their own store?
