I just went to the AppStore and saw that Hipstamatic x is available for preorder and expected to be released on oct 1, it’s also showing that it’s free so I preordered it, there isn’t going to be any charge of any sort on my card once this App actually releases on October 1 right?

Just looked at it and , yes it’s free. Trouble is,it indicated that it is an app purchases, meaning if you want the good stuff you will have to pay for it.
