How do betas work?

I just installed a iOS 8.3 beta and I have a registered UDiD. Does this mean every time a new beta comes out such as 8.4 I will be able to update OTA?

The only Beta updates that are typically available OTA are Beta 2 and on for each iOS version number. Otherwise, you need to download it from the Dev center or wait until Apple releases a Public Beta. (If they continue to do so for later iOS version).
