How do get dark status bar in homescreen back?

JB ipad3 and I have a clear status bar but only at homescreen. I disabled everything in WB with no luck. Suggestions?

Hmmm. Try hard resetting the iPad (Hold down home and power buttons.) Also, you may want to look at where you posted this thread. Move it over to the iPad hacks section, and you may get better answers.

Does Blackout work for the iPad? Check it out in Cydia, it might work for you.
