iPod touch How do I acces my ipod using FTP?

Ok, so I have succesfully jailbroken my ipod touch and have installed some applications (some of them wouldn't work because file size didn't match) Is this fixable?

Back to my main question. Now that it is jailbroken how do I access it, in order to transfer some files, and maybe edit som plists?

on your ipod go to settings, wifi, then on the server your connected to there should be an arrow to the right, touch it then it should list a bunch of stuff including your ip address.
