How do I access my macbook via my PC

Ok, I can look at files on my PC via my macbook using a wireless connection but how do I access files on my mac from my PC? Can anyone help? I am using Leopard on the mac and windowsxp media edition on the PC.

The way I did it was to go to system preferences and click on sharing. I checked "File Sharing" checkbox, then I shared which folders I wanted sharing by clicking the "+" sign on the left. I'll attach a screen cap so you know what I mean.

My computer then showed up on the Windows XP machine in "My Network Places". Hope that helps.
