Here's the situation: I have an HD-DVD clip that was burned to a regular DVD-R. Handbrake can rip the video, but the audio gets all messed up. Sounds like major clipping. The good news is I have a .wav of the original audio. I'm trying to figure out a way to add the audio back into the .mp4 file that handbrake spits out. Is there a quick and easy way to do this in OS X? I don't have windows.

I tried importing the mp4 into imovie and adding the audio, which works but I lose video quality when I export. I think imovie is recompressing the already compressed mp4 video. Also, iMovie is slow as hell.
